Expanding Life
in Loss
Grief and trauma are gripping our lives.
Many are living with depression and distrust, on high alert and with limited peace. But you do not have to stay there.
You don’t have to deal with grief alone.
Grief and Resiliency
Expanding Life in Loss is a virtual grief group and MORE — confidential empowerment workshop series for individuals experiencing grief, losses, and endings – especially due to death, divorce, chronic illness, family estrangement, job loss, or the atmosphere of overwhelm and stress in our society.
Together, we explore grief through group discussions, art, music, writing, and a 1-1 coaching session. Materials from program modules are provided for learning and reflecting between sessions. Each session provides a space for you to wrestle with both the emotional and spiritual issues relating to grief.
Participating in this 7-session series will enable you to access the healing power possible while grieving personal loss. Your participation will also help you recognize and access new possibilities for your life that emerge from your loss.

“Rev. Carson and Dr. Cari have helped me tremendously in dealing with my grief. I had so much anger built up and they've assisted me with processing my feelings and finding different ways to cope. Very easy to talk to and such great listeners. Being in group sessions also always lifted my spirits and reminded me that I'm not alone. It helps hearing how others are coping and I know sharing my process and emotions helped them as well. Would recommend to everyone!”

“If you are looking for a safe place to land after your life is in upheaval from a loss like I was before Expanding Life in Loss group may I suggest the group? I found both facilitators wise, and kind. Both remembered details from each person’s story which made their comments targeted and helpful. I was dealing with a myriad of non death losses and felt most welcome in the group with people who were suffering grief from the loss of a loved one. And was able to process some prior grief over losing people dear to me that I buried because the pain was too deep.”
